**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 26 dated 23.03.2018 under Sections 498-A, 506, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Rewari, District Rewari (Haryana).

This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 31.05.2018 :- "It is submitted that the petitioners are the father-in-law and his brother i.e. the uncle (chacha) of the complainant's husband. It is contended that petitioner No.1 disowned his son way back in the year 2011 as he had solemnized marriage with the complainant out of his own wishes. Petitioner No.1 was even arrayed as respondent in the petition filed by the complainant and her husband (son of petitioner No.1) seeking protection of life and liberty (Annexure P-3). In the meanwhile, petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Officer and fully cooperate in the investigation of this case. In the event of their arrest, the petitioners shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer. Petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. "

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from ASI Sushila, confirms the factum of joining investigation by the petitioners. Since the petitioners have joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 31.05.2018 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
