The present is a fully burnt case. The paper book is not available despite best efforts by the Registry. Even the award which has been appended with the file appears to be of some other matter. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Insurance Company states that he does not have a copy of the paper book. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
