(ORAL) This petition has been filed for quashing of complaint dated 25.09.2018 filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to settle with the Bank.
Notice of motion.
Ms. Madhu Dayal, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the Bank and waives service. She submits that settlement is possible only in accordance with the policy of the Bank. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Bank and seek a settlement.
Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Bank for settlement.
