(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 04.09.2017, passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nakodar, whereby the petitioner was convicted and sentenced in case FIR No. 96 dated 24.04.2015 registered under Sections 354, 452, 506 IPC at Police Station City Nakodar, which reads as under:- Under Section Sentence imposed In default of payment of fine 452 IPC Rigorous imprisonment for 1 year with a fine of Rs. 500/-.

Further undergo rigorous imprisonment for 1 week.

354 IPC Rigorous imprisonment for 1 year with a fine of Rs.500/-.

Further undergo rigorous imprisonment for 1 week.

506 IPC Fine of Rs.500/-.

Further undergo rigorous imprisonment for 1 week.
