This is an application for preponing the date of hearing in the main case from 10.07.2025 to an earlier date. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the main case is taken on Board today itself.

Learned counsel for respondent No.4-Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran has filed an affidavit of Balraj Kumar, Sub Divisional Engineer, HSVP, Panchkula alongwith the instructions, which is taken on record. The same be scanned and tagged by the Registry at the appropriate place. 4.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 on instructions from Yogesh Sharma 2025.04.10 17:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CR-1839-2023 (O&M) -2Rajesh Airen and Raj Airen (respondent Nos.1 and 2), who are present in Court today, has stated that in consonance with the instructions of HSVP, Panchkula, respondent Nos.1 to 3 would submit a fresh plan/building plan and would carry out the construction only in accordance with the fresh plan/building plan after it's sanction. The learned counsel further assures the Court that no further construction shall be carried out till the fresh plan/building plan is sanctioned.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present revision petition. 6.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off as not pressed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
