(Oral) The petitioners Pushpa Devi and Asha Rani who happen to be plaintiffs in Civil Suit No. CS/1706/2017, titled "Pushpa Devi and another vs General Public and others", pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ambala has come up in this civil revision by virtue of Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking appropriate directions to the trial court to expedite the matter.

Civil Revision No. 1343 of 2022 (O&M) -2as is claimed by the counsel for the revisionists-plaintiffs, the suit is still at the stage of pleadings and it should be the endeavour of the Courts that the parties get justice at the earliest. The present petition stands disposed of with the directions to the concerned court to expedite the matter and decide the same preferably within a period of two years from the receipt of certified copy of this order by ensuring short adjournments.
