The present petition has been filed under Section 483 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking regular bail in FIR No.89 dated 21.05.2024 under Section 18, 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 (Section 18(C), 27A of NDPS Act, 1985 added later on) registered at Police Station Gate Hakima, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 3.
