(ORAL) The petitioner, who did not participate in the process of counselling for admission in the 5 years B.A. LL.B. (Hons) and B.Com. LL.B. (Five Years' Integrated) Course for the session 2020-2021, has filed this writ petition seeking admission on the ground that those who are less meritorious than her have been granted admission in the process of counselling. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at length submits that the respondent-authorities may be directed to consider her representation dated 07.04.2021 (Annexure P-8) and pass a reasoned order thereon. Learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 1 and 2, who has filed a detailed return, submits that he has no objection to the prayer of the petitioner and the authorities shall consider and pass a detailed order on her representation dated 07.04.2021 (Annexure P-8) and communicate the same to her accordingly.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for respondents No. 1 and 2, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition which is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law.
