Vide order dated 12.07.2024 parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court to explore the chances of a compromises. Parties have since settled their dispute before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. A written compromise has been arrived at between the parties on 22.07.2024 which is appended with the report of the Mediator and the same is taken on record as Ex.C-1. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present appeal may be disposed off in terms of the compromise. 3.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise. Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly and the compromise (Ex.C-1) be made part thereof. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
