Mr. Sanjiv Gupta, Advocate for the respondent. NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) As per office report dated 02.11.2023, learned counsel for the appellants has been informed about the date fixed in the present appeal through e-mail.

However, none has put in appearance on their behalf, despite the case having been called twice. Perusal of order sheets shows that the appellants had gone un-represented on the last date of hearing i.e. on 23.05.2017 and also on 02.12.2013. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the appellants or their counsel are no more interested in pursuing the instant regular second appeal.

Thus, this Court has been left with no other option except to dismiss the instant regular second appeal for non-prosecution. Ordered accordingly.
