The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant.

Vide order dated 15.11.2023, fresh notices were issued to the appellant as well as the respondent. As per office report, they remain unserved due to incomplete details.

The only address of the parties available on the file is as given in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of both the Courts. 4.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 5.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
