The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. None had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants on the previous date i.e. 05.11.2024. Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. Till date no application for impleading the legal representatives of the sole respondent has been filed. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.
