The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 06.11.2023 notice was issued to the sole appellant. As per the service report, Phoolpati, who was present at the given address, verbally stated that her father's name is Waldiyat and not as mentioned in the memo of parties. There is no other address available in the memo of parties. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
