Dismissed as withdrawn qua petitioner no. 8.

In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 24.7.2020 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petitioners No. 1,3,4, 5,6 & 7 shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition qua petitioners no. 2 and 8 is dismissed. With these observations, the present petition stands disposed off.
