Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 18.11.2021 (P-8) whereby transfer of the petitioner from ESI Dispensary, Patiala to Mata Kaushalya Hospital, Patiala, was cancelled within 17 days of his joining. Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner submitted that instead of pressing the present petition on merits, his client would be satisfied in case the legal notice dated 09.01.2022 (P-12) is decided expeditiously.

Ms. Maloo Chahal, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5, and raises no objection against the innocuous prayer of the petitioner.
