Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has no instructions in the matter.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 06.11.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, sole appellant is stated to have died. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant. Respondent No.1 represented by Sarpanch stands duly served through his father-in-law. Respondent No.2 also stands duly served. However, there is no representation on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 despite service. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
