ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) 1.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 06.11.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, appellant Nos.1 and 2 are stated to have died. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of appellant Nos.1 and 2 nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. Respondent Nos.1 and 5 are also stated to have died. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 stand duly served. Respondent No.4 is stated to be residing in abroad. None has put in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3 despite service. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
