In the present petition, petitioners are praying for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction especially in the nature of certiorari for quashing the resolution No.20 and 13 dated 10.04.2001 (Annexures P-8 and P-9), whereby the recovery is ordered to be effected from the petitioners. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that various efforts have been made by him to contact the petitioners but neither the petitioners have approached the learned counsel nor they have appeared before the Court.

In view of the above facts, the learned counsel for the petitioners does not wish to press the present petition, at this stage. However, he seeks liberty to file an appropriate application for revival of the writ MAMTA 2025.05.07 16:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

petition, if any cause survives.
