******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 8 dated 11.01.2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 406/420/120-B of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar Mohali.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner as per orders dated 01.06.2018 and 17.09.2018 has not settled the loan amount with the Bank.

As orders dated 01.06.2018 and 17.09.2018 have not been complied with, the instant application filed by the petitioner is dismissed.
