After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to approach the respondents for granting him the benefit of extension and the consequential benefits and the respondents be directed to decide the same in a time bound manner so that the petitioner does not suffer any prejudice.

Learned State counsel submits that if any representation is received at the hands of the petitioner, the same shall be decided in accordance with law within the period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of any such copy of the representation and appropriate orders on the claim will be passed, and in case it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any relief, the same will be extended otherwise due reasons will be given for not granting the said relief, which reasons will be conveyed to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of as not pressed with liberty to file representation. 4.
