The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 12.02.2020 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No. 24266-2014.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in compliance of the above referred to order, affidavit dated 20.05.2026 of Dr. Ranjit Singh Rai, Civil Surgeon, Mansa has been filed on behalf of respondent No. 4 and the same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3.

A perusal of the above referred to affidavit shows that order dated 12.02.2020 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No. 24266-2014 has been duly complied with.

Accordingly, the contempt is purged. Rule is discharged. 5.
