Learned counsel for the State submitted that to defeat the right of the owner, a forged and fabricated agreement to sell and other
-3- documents were forged which shows that the petitioner and the coaccused has no fear of law and presented these forged and fabricated documents before the Court by way of filing of a civil suit for specific performance.
