*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Section 326 IPC has been added subsequently. The petitioner has joined investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him. The factum of joining investigation has been affirmed by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jarnail Singh.

In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel, order dated 01.06.2018 passed in favour of the petitioner is made absolute.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
