1. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered against him vide FIR No.424 dated 24.3.2020 under Section 379-B IPC at Police Station City Jagadhri, District Yamuna Nagar.

2. The allegations against the petitioner are that he along with co-accused forcibly and without any authorization took away the motorcycle from the Police Station which had been impounded by the police.

3. Pursuant to interim directions issued on 7.5.2020, the petitioner has joined investigation as has been informed by learned State counsel, who has also informed that the petitioner is owner of vehicle in question.
