The present review application has been filed under Order 41 Rulw 1 CPC read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, for review of judgment passed by this Court on 10.12.2025 in FAO-4053-2019. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant contends that this Court while calculating the compensation, inadvertently taken the age of the deceased as 50 years instead of 53 and wrongly applied the mulitiplier of 13 instead of 11, as per settled law. He, therefore prays that the present application be allowed.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.

A perusal of the file shows that due to typographical error/arithmetical mistake, the multiplier of 13 has been applied by taking the age of the deceased as 50 years instead of 53 years Therefore cosnidering the age of the deceased as 53 years, the appropriate multiplier would be 11. Hence, the present application is allowed.
