******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.208 dated 24.08.2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/379/148/149 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Chheharta, Amritsar.

Heard.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released in interim bail in terms of order dated 01.06.2018 passed by this Court. Supplementary challan against him has also been presented in Court and his custodial interrogation is no more required.

(ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
