3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.8 dated 03.02.2015 registered under Section 22 of NDPS Act at Police Station Bareta, District Mansa.

Learned counsel has argued that the alleged recoveries are of non-commercial quantity. The petitioner has been in custody since 03.02.2015 and no other case is pending against him. Learned Additional Advocate General on instructions from ASI Gurcharan Singh has accepted these factual assertions.    In the circumstances, keeping in view the entire factual matrix and the period of incarceration already suffered by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to release the petitioner on regular bail to the satisfaction of trial Court/Duty Magistrate Mansa.

Ordered accordingly.
