NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) On the last date of hearing, the following order was passed:- "As per office report, notice sent to the appellant has been received back unserved with the report "not residing at the given address".

Learned State counsel shall furnish the correct/fresh address of the appellant within a period of three weeks. On doing so, let fresh notice be issued to the appellant, returnable on 16.4.2024.

To be shown in the urgent list."

Learned counsel for the State submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to get the correct/fresh address of the appellant.

In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the appellant to revive the same, if any cause of action still survives.
