RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner Sanjay Parkash in a case arising from FIR No.250 dated 28.07.2017 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 506 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Sadar, Hansi, District Hisar. According to the prosecution, petitioner in conspiracy with one Jitender Malik purchased a vehicle from the complainant, but did not make payment of instalments to the finance company as agreed by them. Even petitioner cheated the complainant by impersonating himself as Manoj Kumar and forging the documents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, in compliance of order dated 02.07.2018 has produced certificate duly attested by him, which is taken on record, certifying that entire loan amount has been paid against the vehicle of the complainant, which was allegedly purchased by the petitioner. Learned State counsel has not disputed the above fact.
