Prayer in this petition is for quashing o FIR No.137 dated 17.07.2014 registered under Section 324 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station City South Moga.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Jasbir Singh, has submitted that the cancellation report has already prepared and will be submitted before the trial Court in due course. It is also submitted by counsel for the State that the matter stands compromised between the parties.

In view of above, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate petition on the basis of the cancellation report or the compromise.
