Through the instant petition, a prayer is made for cancellation of anticipatory bail, as granted to the respondent No.2, by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge concerned, vide order dated 11.08.2023, in case FIR No.163 dated 27.07.2023, under Sections 380, 448, 451, 427, 34 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Navi Baradari, District Jalandhar.

This Court has examined the record available before it and finds no reason to interfere in the order (supra), as drawn by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge concerned, inasmuch as, it does not suffer from any illegality or perversity. Moreover, in case, the petitioner was seized of any grievance against the order (supra), he ought to have accessed this Court promptly, which he did not do, rather he has accessed this Court much belatedly, i.e. approx. after 6 months of the passing of the order (supra).

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed, being devoid of merits.
