This petition has been filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing/ setting aside the impugned Order dated 2.6.2022 (Annexure P-1) in Complaint Case No. 3835 dated 6.11.2019 titled Neeru Bala v. Surinder Pal and others' under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 passed by the JMIC, Bathinda, along with consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order by filing a revision petition in the Court of Sessions.

Permission is granted.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty prayed for. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
