Present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 10.07.2024 fresh notice was issued to the appellant. As per office report, the appellant is stated to have died. None has come forward to be impleaded as legal representative of the appellant. Today the case has been called twice, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
