The instant writ petition is a misconceived motion inasmuch as the petitioners have straightaway accessed this Court, without initially taking recourse to the remedy available before the Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum, as created by the distributor licensee concerned. Hence, the petitioners are relegated to the Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum for agitating their claim, as raised before this Court. 2.

Disposed of accordingly.
