Nobody has appeared on behalf of the appellant. Same was the posi3on on the last date of hearing. Earlier, no3ce was directed to be issued to the present Sarpanch. As per the affidavit of Sh. Davinder Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Amargarh, the en3re Gram Panchayat of Village Alipur i.e. appellant had dissolved on 26.02.2024 and presently, there was an administrator in village. In3ma3on was given to the said administrator, who had undertaken to appear before the Court. 2.

Despite the above, nobody has appeared to represent the appellant.

Apart from above, it is also revealed that suit simplicitor for seeking a decree of permanent injunc3on filed by the plain3ff Kirpal Singh (respondent herein) was decreed by the trial Court on 28.02.1992 and the appeal filed by the defendant Panchayat was dismissed on 20.12.1994. Thus, Panchayat had assailed the concurrent findings of the Courts below. 4.

Since, nobody is appearing for the appellant, it appears that Yogesh Mehta 2025.10.29 17:16 I agree to specified portions of this document
