# Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Anurag Mohan Agnihotri in case FIR No.96 dated 21.05.2015 registered at Police Station Sector 14, Panchkula under Sections 380/441/442/451/506/34 IPC.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Amarjit Singh, Police Station Sector 14, Panchkula submits that the petitioner in consequence of the orders of interim bail dated 22.07.2015 passed by this Court, has joined investigations and that cancellation report RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.10.05 16:40 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



    has already been prepared, in the light of which, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 22.07.2015 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petition stands disposed off accordingly. "
