RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Case has been taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners - Gurwinder Singh and Jagdeep Singh - in case FIR No.29 dated 13.03.2020 registered under Sections 15, 25, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Sehna, District Barnala. On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioners - Gurwinder Singh and Jagdeep Singh - have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation. In view of above, order dated 07.05.2020 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
