Through the instant petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No.38 dated 06.04.2020, under Sections 452, 323, 506, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Dera Baba Nanak, District Batala.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Guriqbal Singh submits that the petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.
