M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) State counsel, on the instructions of ASI Preet Singh informs that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation. As the complainant had appeared before the Additional Sessions Judge and stated that she has no objection to the bail being granted to the petitioner, the interim order dated 22.7.2015 is hereby made absolute. It is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, she will be released on bail to the satisfaction of arresting officer subject to all the conditions under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
