Learned counsel for the parties state that the matter stands now settled between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that both the appeals i.e. RSA-336-1995 and RSA-337-1995 may be disposed off in terms of the compromise dated 22.08.2018, which is marked as Ex.C1. 2.

In view of the above, the present appeals are disposed off in terms of the compromise Ex.C1. Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly and compromise dated 22.08.2018 Ex.C1 be made part thereof.
