R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Petitioners seek anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 344 dated 11.09.2014 for offences under Section 420 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code (IPC), registered at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Tararn. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 2 is not required as an accused in this case and, therefore, this petition qua petitioner no. 2 is rendered infructuous. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Swinder Singh submits that in terms of the order dated 27.01.2015, both the petitioners joined the investigation. It is further submitted that husband of petitioner no. 1, namely; Lakhbir Singh, was arrested on 04.11.2014 and granted regular bail on 06.01.2015. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, the interim bail granted to petitioner no. 1 vide order dated 27.01.2015 is made absolute. Petitioner no. 1 shall also abide by the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
