Learned counsel for the State submits that the complaint lodged by the complainant was considered and the matter was enquired into, but petitioner was found involved in as many as 21 cases, including numerous NDPS matters. She further submits that petitioner has submitted before the enquiry officer that she does not intend to pursue her complaint any further. She concluded by submitting that in this view of the matter, no further orders are called for in the present case and the same may be disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous. The abovesaid factual aspect of the matter is not denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner and he also submits that let the present petition be disposed of.
