(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.108 dated 02.02.2020 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 379, 506, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City Jagadhri, District Yamuna Nagar. While granting interim bail to the petitioner, following order was passed by this Court on 08.05.2020: - "... Counsel for the petitioner has argued that though the petitioner has been named as an accused in the FIR but a perusal of the FIR shows that no role has been attributed to the petitioner. The arguments raised by him is that he has been involved because he is son-in-law of the main accused Tejpal, who had allegedly forged the 'Will' and on its basis transferred the property in VISHNU 2020.08.11 18:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.

In virtual Court CRM-M-12066-2020 -2favour of his wife Anita. His further submission is that a civil suit has already been filed by Anita in which the complainant has raised counter claim and as such the dispute is purely civil in nature..."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 08.05.2020 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
