Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage in case a time bound direction is issued to the learned Tehsildar (Sales)-cum-Managing Officer, Mini Secretariat, Karnal (respondent No.3 herein) to decide the representation (Annexure P-6) submitted by the petitioner.

At this stage, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana appears on behalf of the respondents/State, in pursuance of the advance copy of paper book having already been supplied to her. She, on instructions from Mr. Rajesh Khurana, Naib Tehsildar (Sales), Karnal, submits that the Tehsildar (Sales)-cum-Managing Officer, Mini Secretariat, Karnal/competent authority shall take decision either way, on the pending representation (Annexure P-6) within a period of three months from today. 4.
Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tehsildar (Sales)-cumManaging Officer, Mini Secretariat, Karnal/competent authority to consider and decide representation (Annexure P-6) by way of passing a speaking order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, within a period of three months from today.
