(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents No.2 to 5 to finalize the proceedings with regard to review of Mutation No.10093, 10094 and 10095 of land situated within revenue estate of Rampura Phul, Tehsil Phul, District Bathinda. Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that though the review of Mutation No.10093, 10094 and 10095 of land situated within the revenue estate of Rampura Phul, Tehsil Phul, District Bathinda has already been done by the authorities, but the same is not being implemented without any valid justification and no action is being taken against the officers, who had recorded the said mutation wrongly, causing harassment to the petitioner.

CWP-8372-2021 -2Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already submitted a representation/application dated 15.03.2021 (Annexure P-4) to the SDM, Rampura Phul, which is still pending consideration with the said authority and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.4 to decide the said representation/application.

Ms. Sunint Kaur, AAG, Punjab, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of respondents-State and raises no objection with regard to prayer of the petitioner for deciding the representation/application dated 15.03.2021 (Annexure P-4) by respondent No.4 in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the claim being made by the petitioner, respondent No.4 is directed to decide the representation/application dated 15.03.2021 (Annexure P-4) by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Present writ petition stands disposed of.
