Short reply by way of affidavit of Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. According to State counsel petitioner has joined investigation. She submits that investigation is almost complete and challan is likely to be filed before the competent court shortly.

In view of the above, order dated December 13, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
