**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Challenge is to the order dated 29.09.2022 (Annexure P-3) vide which the petitioner was suspended w.e.f. 19.10.2019. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that vide order dated 28.03.2023 passed by the Principal Secretary, Government of Haryana, the impugned order has been revoked and thus, the present petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
