State of U.P. & Others 2008(1) RCR (Criminal) 392, this petition is not maintainable and the same is hereby dismissed. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the learned Area Judicial Magistrate, if so required.
