**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in his second attempt under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.198 dated 29.08.2019 under Section 22(C) of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Kalanwali, District Sirsa.

420 intoxicant tablets were allegedly recovered from the petitioner in a chance recovery. CRM-M No.48471 of 2019 was dismissed on merits vide order dated 22.09.2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for the last more than 03 years and in such a situation, the trial Court be directed to decide the trial at the earliest.

CRM-M No. 16643 of 2021 -2Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Ram Niwas submits that out of 11 prosecution witnesses, 05 prosecution witnesses have been examined.
