The petitioner claims that respondents have wrongly fixed his pay scale and accordingly his pension is affected. He retired on 31.03.2016 on attaining the age of superannuation. The Deputy Director, Department of Animal Husbandry, Amritsar-respondent No. 3 vide communication dated 05.12.2024 (Annexure P-9) had requested the Director to consider petitioner's claim. In the said letter, it has been noticed that petitioner was given 9 years proficiency increment from 01.01.2008. Benefit of 14 years proficiency increment has not been given to him.  (
